Your Provider is ordering lab tests
Steps to follow
Your provider decides what tests they want you to have done
The MESH Lab Provider Order Form is filled out
The Provider Order Form is transmitted to MESH via email or fax
MESH will reach out to the patient to verify the orders, clarify pricing, and take payment
Patient goes to Labcorp with photo ID and has their labs performed
Results are sent to the patient and/or their Provider via email or fax as per Order Form
{no provider order necessary in most states}
