HOW TO - Steps to Getting Crazy Savings on Labs with MESH

Step One

When your provider decides you need some lab testing, you present them with a MESH ordering form (button below).  Your provider's staff can help you fill in the required information for accuracy.

Step Two

Create a pdf file if you know how, or just take a picture of the form(s) to send to MESH.  Use our contact information (click this) and text / email / fax us the forms.  We will communicate with you to let you know the exact price for your labs, take your payment, and send you an official lab order with those tests included for Labcorp.

Step Four

Step Three

Take your official Labcorp order that we send you and proof of identification (driver's license) to your nearest Labcorp draw station to get your testing done.  They will verify your information and collect your samples.

Your labs are typically ready and reported to us the next business day.  We will immediately send you and your provider the results via email, pdf text, and/or fax.  That's it, now you're done.  Simple, effective, and dramatically cheaper than alternatives.
