MORE HOW TO STEPS

Step 1

When your provider decides you need lab testing, you present them with a MESH Order Form (button below).  Your provider's staff can help you fill in the required information for accuracy.  If you are ordering directly with MESH this form will be filled out by them during the telehealth process.  If you are using Direct-to-Consumer ordering, you will fill out the DTC form (button below) and send to MESH.

Step 2

Create a pdf file (if you know how), or just take a picture of the form(s) to send to MESH.  Use our contact information to text / email / fax us the forms.  We will communicate with you to let you know the exact price for your labs, take your payment, and create a digital lab order with those tests included.  This order will be transmitted to Labcorp.

Step 3

Take your proof of identification (driver's license, etc.) to your nearest Labcorp draw station to get your testing done.  They will verify your information and collect your samples.  You are now done.

Step 4

Your labs are typically ready and reported to us the next business day.  We will immediately send you and your provider the results via email, pdf text, and/or fax.  That's it, now it's all done.  Simple, effective, and dramatically cheaper than alternatives.
