You want MESH to order your labs (Kentucky or Indiana)
Steps to follow
Contact MESH to inform them you would like to order labs through telehealth technology
The MESH Lab Provider Order Form is filled out by MESH's provider during the telehealth process
MESH staff will discuss the lab orders, clarify pricing, and take payment
Patient goes to Labcorp with photo ID and has their labs performed
Results are sent to patient and/or a Provider via email or fax as per Order Form
